Individual Psychological Therapy

At your first meeting with Kate you will discuss your hopes and needs from therapy. Together you will develop a starting plan for initial sessions. Work can be short, medium or long term. The work will then be reviewed and adapted as needed and appropriate. Therapy can be face to face or online, depending on availability and preference.

Therapy can be self-funded or via health insurance. Please note I no longer accept AXA insurance clients.

Couples Therapy

Kate works with couples to help them understand one another better and to identify and change patterns of communication. This can be useful in a range of relationship stages. Typically couple therapy varies in frequency, ranging from weekly to monthly appointments.

EMDR for trauma

Eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an evidence-based treatment that helps people process difficult and or traumatic experiences. The goal of this work is to improve people’s day to day lives.

Supervision

Kate offers supervision to Psychologists. This supervision will be based on the psychological therapies she uses most.
